Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director at LastPass, I partnered with marketing, product, content, UX, and executive teams to develop strategic creative solutions that strengthened brand awareness, supported customer acquisition, and simplified complex cybersecurity concepts for consumer and enterprise audiences. My role combined creative strategy, art direction, and hands-on design across a wide range of digital and print initiatives.
I led the design and production of integrated marketing campaigns spanning web, email, social media, digital advertising, product launches, webinars, trade shows, and sales enablement. Working closely with Creative Directors and copywriters, I helped develop cohesive seasonal campaigns that maintained brand consistency across every customer touchpoint while supporting marketing objectives throughout the customer journey.
A major focus of my work involved translating technical topics—including password management, authentication, identity protection, and online security—into engaging visual communications. I created educational resources, reviewer guides, white papers, eBooks, product documentation, implementation guides, infographics, presentations, and customer-facing materials that made cybersecurity more approachable and accessible.
I also modernized email marketing templates and visual systems, creating scalable layouts that improved consistency across top-, middle-, and bottom-funnel campaigns. Beyond marketing initiatives, I designed product launch assets, internal communications, executive presentations, and sales collateral while supporting cross-functional teams across the organization.
My responsibilities extended into partnership marketing, where I developed co-branded creative for organizations including Yahoo, WIRED Magazine, Planet Fitness, and other strategic partners. I also produced animated social media advertisements, motion graphics, promotional videos, and digital campaigns optimized for multiple platforms.
As LastPass expanded its Community platform, I contributed scalable visual assets including icon libraries, interface graphics, and supporting design systems that enhanced usability while maintaining brand consistency across a growing digital ecosystem.
Throughout a period of rapid technological change, I embraced AI-assisted creative workflows to improve production efficiency, streamline ideation, and accelerate content creation while maintaining a strong focus on thoughtful design, brand integrity, and user experience.
Across every project, my goal was to combine strategic thinking with strong visual storytelling to create engaging, user-focused design solutions that elevated the LastPass brand and helped communicate the importance of cybersecurity to millions of users worldwide.
